Hey! I'm Zak Kolakowski (That's where the Kola comes from).

I built Kolatech with a really simple premise. To do great work on great motors. Performance cars deserve better than generic solutions.

I earned my stripes at Audi, where I specialised in RS cars and chassis work. From there I garnered a reputation for suspension and geometry set up and ended up working with race teams on the weekends. Particular shout out to the TT cup which was amazing fun! These weekend support roles quickly turned into international duty, I currently support race teams in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, France, and Germany. Much of it is now GT car work across Ferrari, McLaren, and Porsche teams.

However, Kolatech is my bread and butter and I'm proud of the reputation we've built here. We never cut corners. We always do whats best for car and customer, and we have a lot of fun doing it.

Spicy VWAG stuff will likely always be at the core of what we do. We know MQB like the back of our hand - however we're increasingly being asked to look after 996 and 997 porsches, as well as other less common sports cars. Our reputation for being thorough and thoughtful before attacking a problem has provided us with the trust needed from customers that really, really love their car.
